Start with qualification: collect contact info, desired area, price range, financing status, timeline, and motivation. Then send the CIH Buyer Intake Form and schedule a Buyer Consultation.
What stage should they be in?
Once the intake is complete and consultation is scheduled, tag them as “Qualified Buyer.” After the consultation and representation agreement, move them to “Active Buyer.”
